1. Bereik

This condition applies to 301 series (0Cr17Ni7(301M), SUS301T, 301S, 301B) stainless steel cold-rolled plates (coils) for elastic components.

This standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, and quality certificates of 301 series stainless steel for elastic components.

3. Nominal size and allowable deviation
3.1 Nominal size:

Koudgewalste plaat (coil): (0.6~3.0)×1000×L or coil mm

(0.6~3.0)×1219×L or roll mm

Warmgewalste plaat (coil): 3.0~6.0×1000×L or coil mm

3.0~6.0×1219×L or roll mm

3.2 The size deviation can be implemented according to the content negotiated between the user and TISCO. If there is no special requirement, it should meet the requirements of GB/708 or GB/T709.

3.3 The delivery of raw edges (indicated by EM) is allowed.

4. skills requirement
4.1 Grades:

SUS301T, 301S, 301B, 0Cr17Ni7 (301M).

4.2 The chemical composition should meet the requirements of Table 1

Note: Hardness can be tested in one of the methods according to different sizes and conditions of steel plates and steel strips during production.

4.4 Surface quality:

Cold rolled sheet (coil): 2B surface. The surface should be free of obvious scratches, pitting, heavy leather inclusions and defects affecting the use.

Hot rolled plate (coil): No.1 surface. The surface has no serious roughness, scratches, perforations, pressure pits and defects that affect use.

4.5 Inclusion rating: oxide ≤2 grade, sulfide ≤2 grade. (Hot rolled plates (coils) are not inspected for inclusions)

4.6 Delivery status: solid solution, pickling.

Test methods, inspection rules, packaging, markings, and quality certificates should all comply with GB/T3280 or GB/T4237 standards.
